Odenville Downtown Trunk or Treat Set for Halloween Night!

A Fun, Safe Family Event and Great Opportunity for Local Businesses

Odenville’s favorite Halloween tradition is right around the corner! The Odenville Downtown Trunk or Treat is set for Friday, October 31, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM along Alabama Street — and everyone is invited to join the fun!

Families:

Bring your little ghosts and goblins out for a safe, family-friendly night of trick-or-treating right in the heart of downtown Odenville! Local businesses, organizations, and community groups will be set up all along Alabama Street from the Fortson Museum down to the park, handing out candy, goodies, and treats for children of all ages.

This free event is open to the public and has quickly become one of Odenville’s most-loved community gatherings. Expect plenty of candy, festive decorations, costumed characters, and family fun! The City of Odenville will also feature tents, a jump house, and the popular Fire Safety Trailer in the grassy area beside City Hall, where the stage is located.

Last year, the City gave away over 750 bags of popcorn, and the Police and Fire Departments prepared more than 500 themed giveaways, including color-changing cups filled with treats, stickers, and pencils — so you can bet there will be even more fun surprises this year!

Local Businesses & Organizations:

This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business and connect with hundreds of local families in a festive, friendly environment. To participate:
No pre-registration required. Just show up!
Set up your tent, table, or display with plenty of candy or giveaways.
Plan to arrive around 3:00–4:00 PM for setup and be ready to greet families by 5:00 PM sharp.
Please stay until the event ends at 7:00 PM before packing up.

Spots are first come, first served, and are located along the sidewalk/road from the Fortson Museum to the park. There’s no cost to participate — just bring your Halloween spirit, lots of candy and treats to help us make this community celebration bigger and better than ever!
