Mayor and Council Completes Training

Continuing education leads to stronger leadership and a stronger community!

Mayor Buck Christian and Council Members Don Smith, Tammy Crow, and Kelli Sanders recently participated in training sessions through the Alabama League of Municipalities, continuing their commitment to serving the citizens of Odenville with knowledge, professionalism, and excellence.

By completing these sessions, they have now earned 8 of the required 10 annual Continuing Education Unit (CEU) hours. The remaining two hours will be completed through online courses later this year.

Ongoing training helps our elected officials stay informed on municipal laws, best practices, leadership, ethics, economic development, public safety, and other important issues that directly impact our community.
