The City of Odenville is continuing work on its Comprehensive Plan, and we want to hear from you.

Our interactive Future Land Use Map is available online for residents, property owners, and stakeholders to review and comment on. Your feedback will help guide how Odenville grows and develops in the coming years.

Please submit your comments by Monday, March 16.

What is the Future Land Use Map?

The Future Land Use Map illustrates Odenville’s long-term vision for where different types of development could occur over time, such as residential areas, commercial corridors, mixed-use centers, and preservation areas. It is a policy guide, not zoning, and it does not change what can be built today. Any future zoning or development decisions would require additional public review and approval.

How to Participate

1. Review the Draft Future Land Use Map presentation to understand the map, the categories, and how it was developed.
2. Share your feedback using the interactive online map, where you can leave comments tied to specific locations.

Comments will be accepted on the website until March 16, 2026.

All comments received will be reviewed by the planning team and taken into consideration as the Comprehensive Plan moves forward.
