Odenville Mascot Fundraiser Kicks Off

St. Clair County High School has launched a community-driven effort to bring a professional mascot—“The Fighting Saint”—to school events and local functions. Led by Leila Avant of the St. Clair County Board of Education, the fundraiser aims to boost school spirit, student involvement, and community pride.

  • Funding to Date: $2,400 already raised by the group.

  • City Support: The Odenville City Council unanimously approved a $2,500 contribution contingent on the remaining funds being raised; otherwise the donation will be forfeited.
